    Features, Tips, and Whats New.
    ==============================
--> The tray icon is updated with Verified, and granted count every 50 seconds.
Upon scanning finish the icon will change from blue to green.

--> Scan delay/thread accuracy tested at 98% consistancy; with much more efficiency than TLS.

--> Auto-Completes can be edited, created, and removed by editing VerificationIPs.txt.
Note that you cannot verify bNet proxies against non bNet IPs.

--> Pressing return/enter at any editable field saves settings.

--> Make sure your start / end IPs are setup properly as there is no error checking for this.
If ports are not included in scanlist and ranges 1080 is assumed.

--> Any text after the proxy in a scanlist is cutoff, to allow easy copying and pasting from
        websites.

--> IMPORTANT: To those that assume the excessive denied proxy use is a program bug it IS NOT.
A lot of proxies will decline connection request depending on the destination IP. Thus a
lot of battleNet server IPs are blocked by a lot of proxies. Try changing the
verification'destination' IP to attempt to fix this problem.

I'm trying this out on my 03 Windows Server SP2, and it gets active connections but drops them immediately, or in a short amount of time. Never get ANY denied, granted, or verified...?

When using ProxyFire, i get anon l1+l2+l3 http proxies... by leech though.

The vast majority of this type of proxy are only functional for browsing websites because they were developed primarily for HTTP traffic and not general tcp traffic (like battle.net packets).

These are two very different pieces of software. BetaScanner specifically targets HTTP Proxies that may work on battle.net while ProxyFire only targets HTTP Proxies which may work on websites.

If you got any other questions review this: http://war-lords.net/bugs-suggestions/http-proxy-connection/msg4573/#msg4573

David how did you get http to work on bnet if http isnt designed for tcp it cool that u did but comfudes the fuck out of me

I figured out that some proxy software allow you to send completely unaltered tcp packets to any port through http methods.

Yup, the HTTP method connect is a must, however, many HTTP proxies restrict the method to the SSL port 443 only. That's the real killer right there considering battle.net uses the port 6112. :)
