Could some one please 'enhance'' this photo.

Could some one please make this from a drawing to a photoshoped picture and 'enhance' it please.
if possible could you move the banner down just a tad, i didnt realize how high it was until it was a bigger photo.

also size it down a bit lol. and make the writing expand more down the banner so it doesnt look so cramped up. i used blackadder ITC font by the way.

LOL the work it would take to "move the banner down on this" would be more work then for u just to re draw it... doesnt look all that impressive anyways or time consuming
