This Time While Updating It is Taking DAYS in the 'Extracting Package' But It Is Still Not Over? Part what Shout I do?

Intel Core Duo CPU 3936 Mhz Processor
Nvidia Geforce 8400 Video Card
Windows 8 OS

For me it only takes 5 minutes... weird.
Try leaving it on overnight.

there is no internet over 15 mbps in india


i would say u to downgrade to XP or windows 7
see i used to get 35 fps in windows 7 but after i downgraded to XP i get 65 fps!

You need to download TCP view. Once you started it, look for Steam.. right click and end port I think

And I have A Airtel 4g LTE iBut THere Is A wrong Info Given In the Website That It is Upto 100 mbps Its Just Upto 80 Mbps

Extracting Package = Installing The Update means it doesn't need to download.
