An off-duty special agent carrying a 9mm glock conceled in Waikiki and fataly shoots a Kailua man in front of Mcdonalds. Mind you there are witnesses and a video from cameras surrounding Mcdonalds. The state is charging Christopher Deedy with second degree murder -.- should be slaughter...and contends the victim attacked him.
