My ping on the server have risen from 150 to 550 overnight. Whatis the cause of this problem. Hereis my traceroute.

hop 9 seems to be the problem. it seems to double data to the next hop.
reset router and/or ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew in command console
Same here, ping spikes ever ten or so seconds, from 160ms to 500ms.
