I've only actually seen this happen in-game once in de_contra 3 years ago..
i did that over 2 years ago with Assasin on WL 24/7 dust2 server, its a big flashbang icon on top right back then, he was so embarrassed and never talked to me again.

you message me on steam and asked me to delete the screenshot i took, and never tell anyone about it, it was 2-3 years ago and i dont think it matters anymore :p
I haven't seen a flashbang kill in-game in... forever. Glad to see it finally coming back lol!
