I've been playing on your pugs a lot and recently saw that they aren't showing up in my favorite servers. I tried joining manually through the console and it doesn't work. Can anyone else join? I want to play

Yes, most of War-Lords servers are down due to DDoS attack. Hopefully something will be resolved soon it's just a bit immature IMO.
