Pistol Spamming has become a serious pain in the ass for many players but completely restricting,What would be better is if they restrict the ammo. Eg.For deagle there would be 7 bullets in the mag and 7 more bullets that you can get by reloading.
Note: Many weapons have the same type of ammo but awp and scout dont get affected by this.As AWP has 8.58x70mm and scout has 7.62x51mm NATO which only rifles have
