Hey, guys.. we might be undergoing some changes with our Asia servers soon. We need help testing some stuff so that everyone gets a low ping to the servers before we do.

If you're willing to help, please do a traceroute to these 4 IPs below:

103.53.197.50
119.81.28.240
128.199.90.252
139.162.23.4

I need you guys to help me traceroute it

  1. Open the Start menu
  2. Click on Run
  3. Type cmd and then press the OK button to open a command prompt
  4. At the prompt, type tracert <REPLACE WITH IP> and press the Enter key
  5. To copy the output, right-click anywhere in the window and select Mark
  6. You can press Enter to copy all of the output, or select the text you want to copy and then right-click with your mouse. Paste the copied text by hitting CTRL + V.
If it shows time out or for some reason it doesn't work, you can still do it using PingPlotter:
https://www.pingplotter.com/

  1. Put the IP in the "Target name"
  2. Click the green button and wait for about 5-10 seconds
  3. Edit -> Copy as Text
  4. Paste it here

Perth to Singapore is normally under 75ms however since September it has gone to 230ms. I believe and under sea cable (Perth to Singapore) is the cause... this has happened before and can take a very long time to fix. So my packets are going via Sydney to get to Singapore...
