It's a custom one made by the one and only, lord and savior, BRAWL BASHIN' BISON.(i think, other wise im about to look rly dumb)

I wrote the in-game plugin from the ground up based on how our admins usually operated pugs. I was trying to automate it as finding an admin was becoming more challenging for people. Riser is largely to thank for the stats web interface as it is today, which he initially based on a very simple one that was put together shortly after stats began to be logged.
