I would get rid of all the 150 plus pingers or at least relegate them to the euro and asia servers
I would also get rid of all the auto bhoppers, the ghosters and the hackers.
I would demote all admins who have anything other than a perfect track record and outstanding integrity. I won't start listing off names, but we all know who fits in this category. And it's not a short list either. Also admins that have not pugged in 5 or 6 months.
