I think for every post you get like one credit. I dont know about starting topics or anything else.

posts = 8 points
new topics = 10 points
2% per day for bank
Basically, post (Be more active) then put it in the bank.

i changed the numbers.
you'll earn 2 credits per new topic and 1 credits per new post

Also bank interest rates will change every now and then based on the supply of money.
