If you read my post it saysthe exact same thing, this is for non steam only.

The latest patch has delayed the so far unannounced date of the competition by a bit. I'll announce the competition date when all the no-steam users are back on their feet again.

man I ever experinced this type of boring.... about June or July... I had to wait for about 1 week or maybe 2 weeks to get the setti update....really boring...

dont sweat it, but i said for fun cuz i know its very hard for me to win since i only started playing recently but that doent mean that im not good im really good  8)
plus it will be nice if i won agot a legit css
