im about to change my laptop so does that affect me steam ID and my rank? nd what about the internet connection im planing to change it too
It shouldn't effect your ranking. Your Steam ID stays the same when you log into steam no matter what computer that you log in from.
i use css.setti version so i dont log to steam
Well I don't know anything about setti css but the ranks on the servers go by your steam ID. So I would do some research on how to keep your steam ID when you do the switch and you should be good.
The root admins will be able to transfer your stats to the new steam id. Post a request and they will get to it eventually.
