EDiT: v66 is out now, this fix will no longer work when war-lords updates.

Boobs from setti is still M.I.A. on this patch for nosteam. As I see it the likely best replacement is going to be a cracked steam version for now, this one was updated today and is successfully downloading cs v65 from steam itself right now. I have used it myself and joined war-lords now successfully.

Simple directions:
Step 1: Use installer, it will install cracked steam. http://www.mediafire.com/?1qd17cr8lo8k5fk
Step 2: Make new steam account.
Step 3: Go to library, find counter-strike: source
Step 4: Click install, and start the download
Step 5: Wait..
Step 6: Click play and join war-lords! It works!

Don't use a steam account you care about, make a new one. No guarantee it's not virii'd.

Unfortunately switching from setti no-steam to this one, my steam id did change. If tons of peoples steam id's get changed perhaps we can figure out some sort of systematic porting method?

It's a bit lame having to wait, but there was a weeks wait for b00bs to put up a new patch on an update a few months ago.

It only ended up taking like 30 minutes for me to download, wasn't too bad actually.
Also, apparently there are many many games you can download for free with this cracked steam.

so i installed css on the cracked steam, tried to join wL mini-games and it says "steam validation rejected" what now?

I don't really know, but one things for sure, the servers don't let Pacsteam connect (apparently), so maybe it's true for all cracked Steam clients. You actually managed to connect to one of our servers, Naive?

Yes, the installer I provided got me onto all of our servers no problem. I'm not using greenluma which comes with alot of cracked steams, this one has 'SmartSteam' which I believe uses RevEmu and is compatible with war-lords. Other versions of cracked steam require the server not have VAC on at all I guess.

I don't know a whole lot about cracked steam, if you have any problems with it I highly suggest you head to the no-steam option that I posted about in the other thread.

my client showed steam servers busy right now. pacsteam cant download and neither cud css cracked steam yesterday but I think this new client may dl when servers arent busy. im in new zealand tho so maybe to do with that. or the gcf files need cracking again
