This isn't a screenshot from our servers. I have seen it before, I think it's a zblock glitch though. All you have to do is reconnect to the server, and then you will be saved

I've seen this too. I think if you just crouch or jump it will fix it.

Happens to me all the time, it's your lag, for other players you're normal, anyways to fix it quick press SPACE and CTRL. That helps 100%.
