You do an aewsome job with the smudge tool around the Center Focus of the Pic....GREAT job!!

Lmao yeah def not my style either.  But believe it or not it is for a guy.  I don't really know him i just saw him request a "cute anime girl" siggy on a forums.  So i figured i would give it a try thanks for the rate and compliments guys!

To be honest with you that isn't smudging thats just a brush that i have but it looks like it!
