how can i see the motd of the servers through my browser?

i dont know, but people in the top 30 check the motd to see their rank and you can check it at gameme here

The motd can be viewed while ingame by typing "motd" in console.

yea, thats what i mean. w/e, i got a new non-steam css, so im starting from zero now. haha

no, i mean my rank wont come back if i use a new non-steam, so my rank will start from zero again...

This is correct. Your rank on the War-Lords.net GameMe website will start over if you have a new Steam ID.
