1) Go to www.mIRC.com ; This is how you will download the client. Click on Download mIRC, then install it to wherever you want.


2) Open mIRC; Once its open the 1st page is the mIRC options menu. You need to put your Nickname and Alternative name in.


3) On the same page(options Menu) to the left there is a menu that says Servers. Click that, Then click the button to the right that says Add.


4) This will open a new menu, in the Description area put irc.gamesurge.net then put the same thing for the IRC server. Leave the rest as it is, Then click ok.


5) Now on the right again where you found the servers tab click on connect and that will bring you back the the 1st page. At the bottom click connect , and now you are ready to find some channels.

A lot of different people use this program IRC = Internet Chat Relay. this is how we will do more scrims and to find ringer/groups to do scrims wiht.

5 man pugs shouldn't go against a 5 man in #findscrim...

he means that if you got a good 5 man pug you can trash and 5 man team. i have seen it lots of times. and i have been on the 5 man team that was getting trashed by 5 pugs

The 5 man's we run on wL are 99.9% not good enough to take a 5 man team on though.

I woul agree wiht that most of the pug teams taht go on the server are not good enough to take on a 5 man team...but i think that some of the bug teams coudl have...lol.
