Believe me. I did read all. But you know, im just a kid and a noob. Everything you telling, i need to rotate my head 3 or 4 times to understand. So, some mistakes will apear.

The water thing is probably because he's set the water texture/physics to be extremely low. If he did have texture issues, they could be easily solved by downloading the materials again.
I know it may seem confusing when you first read it, Knowpain. It's a lot to take in. But I didn't understand it just by reading it all one time. It took me a few reads, and then I thought about it a long time before I actually understand what I know now. Even then, what I know now might still not be correct, it's just how I understand it (and it seems to be working for me so far).
yeah if you have any questions or if your not sure about one of the cmds then just post here and one of us will explain it for you. I just did my autoexe.cfg gave me like 20 more fps.
Can you upload your autoexec.cfg ? I want to check those command
