how bout make an admin voteban, like you did did before that you banned your self,lol  problem solved

When you see it getting like that, take the two players below you and move them to the other team. Then move the two worst players from the other team and move them to your side.

I see the source of your problem.  Those screen shots are from sniper servers.  Really, please?  End thread. all 20 players that play on that server are impressed.
