Hello Amaterasu, and welcome to the forums! If you're using Internet Explorer, then I'd suggest upgrading to a web standard complaint and much stabler browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Opera. If that's not the case, what browser are you using? I can't imagine any other browser doing something like that. lol :p
i doubt the problem is dependent on the browser, probably he has a virus or he's stealing his neighbor's internet
