a private gaming server i wanna get the idea out there

all you do is run a program then thats it
you go on to starcraft instead of loging on to uswest or useast you login to war-lords

bots will be allowed but only 40 per ip lol i no its not alot but wat ever there is no flooding till i get bison to host the server lol

so if you guys think this is cool please post here

i could join and be a god but they suck so muh i wont

well..that's a pretty good idea, can use the code from pvpgn which derived from bnetd and host a server like iccup which is a pretty successful private server. but, one thing that needs to look into is an anti-hack feature, unfair gameplay can ruin a private server fast..and I mean real fast.

This sounds like an awesome way to create a SC community.  But I agree there should be no hacking allowed, or at least have hack detection otherwise everyone on the server will either hack or be at a huge disadvantage. 

Whats the purpose of private server when there is perfectly working b.net servers.

I'd play that, sounds fun, lemme know if u guys get it running n stuff or if u need testers im here.
