click on that
start it
and then look at the achievements for dec 19th
then at the top of steam
click view
and then inventory

I just did this, and got
50% off any valve game voucher
and a 50% off braid (a game) voucher

i think its till the second of January but i think you can use the coupons after that, not sure though
