Secondly, what kind of css needs 2 days to deliver? what exactly are they delivering?

must be a special version where you don't need a mouse or keyboard

he could possibly mean that it will take 2 days to finish downloading?

2 days, not possible. maybe he ordered a retail copy, and its being shipped to his place.

Maybe he ordred CD version on amazon or something. Not a digital download.
