- Is it possible (Technically) for non-steamers to scrim?

I mean last 5 times I connected The game kept crashing, so I asked david about it, and he said something about "Steam chat" but I didn't fully understand...

So is there like a solution for this, I mean can this "Steam chat" be disabled from the server console? , Or non-steamers simply cant scrim? .

You can scrim...

We normally call players using steam chat, this is how we organize scrims, this is probably what he told you.

I used to scrim for 2 times but then they changed the password 
Sometime I only spectate them........
