same thing is happening to me, it only started when i stopped using my non-steam acc... :

Oh, you probably have settings which have disabled them. Do you use an autoexec config? I do, and it has disabled sprays.

I don't know the exact commands, but you could try googling: enable css sprays.

try this one cl_decallimit 100

I had the exact same problem and resolved it by completely resetting to the defaults.

If you want to do that then in the game command line on steam input -autoconfig +cl_cloud_settings 0

You'll need to then delete all the *.cfg files in cstrike/cfg/

After that, launch counter-strike: source and type exec lab in console and edit a keyboard button to something in order to force it to save the new values. You can then replace the game command line on steam with -novid

let me know if that works for you, i have been trying to get it to work for me too but i cant. I can see my sprays. but nothing else.
