When I did it, the first bit opened up in steam, and then the second was in the web browser. You should get a notification (well I did anyway) saying this program wants to run in steam, do you allow it. Hope this helps

A) Fill out our online survey. You need Steam for the survey. Since part of the survey is about hardware, you should use the computer you play on to fill out the survey.
