Branzone sponsored yet another summer tournament, this time hosting 6 teams to play.

As the top 2 teams from the last tournament, War-Lords scheduled to play against Synergy in Round 1 of the single elimination tournament. Due to roster complications, it wound up being a 4v4 match, but it probably wouldn't have made a difference how many players Synergy played with against War-lords. The Synergy roster, loaded with former cal-main players won the opening pistol around after a successful bomb plant at the b site of dust 2 by War-Lords.
It would soon change. The War-Lords counter-bought on the following eco round and would not lose a single round afterwards. The first half ended 14-1 after a few huge clutch plays by the War-Lords.
The 2nd half started as a 5v5, as both teams had a 5th ready to join, but it made no difference. War-Lords ran the map, killing anything in sight as they quickly got 2 rounds, ending with thanks to a clutch 3v1 defuse situation by Callmepumpkin to put the final nail in the coffin.
The War-lords as the top seed will have a BYE round next week as they will wait to see which of the other four teams will take them on in the Championship Game.
