I don't really care personally, but it seems more fair for people who are new, or haven't been playing for a really long time.
I was in the top10 in snipers. I've barely played there for a pretty long time, and I'm still 14 or something. That tells you how hard it is to climb up in rank for new people.

It only took me 1/2-2 years to make top15 lawl....but ya I don't really care.
