The dock? Thats part of the theme.

Sometimes is not, it's a different program for windows.

Agree..most commonly use software for that is ObjectDock..i used one before but it eats a lot of memory..im not sure bout the present version thu.

There are several choices like RocketDock and ObjectDock.
