Backup cstrike if you wanna restore it to default.
Update: The latest update restructured the css files.. so heres the fix:

If I recall the "custom" folder should already exist, just go into it create "my_custom_stuff" and put those 3 folders in there. The "cfg" folder should still be able to merge with the default cfg folder. Just remember everything moved to the common directory since the update.
