HDK will be Re-Structuring itself to create a more comprehensive Clan System.
Our new structure will consist of Divisions as originally planned. Each Division will have a Division Leader. These Division Leaders may accept any players they want into Low Definition Killing (LDK) Which is a trial position in HDK. It means you are trying out for HDK. Your objective as an LDK Member is to get to know as many HDK members as you can.
Once a player believes he is ready to go from LDK to HDK, He will then have to apply for HDK using the HDK Application Template that is provided in our High Definition Killing Thread. All HDK Leaders Must Vote Yes or No on the applicant before the applicant is accepted or denied. An approval rating of 80% is Needed to get into HDK. Only HDK Division Leaders may vote. Players may only apply for one Division initally when going from LDK to HDK. Once accepted into HDK, players are free to apply to any division they choose. The Division leader of the applicants specified division gets 3 extra votes for that vote. So for example say I vote no on an applicant to MG, that would count as 1 No, While Platform could vote yes, and it would count as 3 Yes. The player would still need 80% approval Rating.
Each HDK Division Leader is responsible for managing the players in their division which includes promoting one player of their division to Officer Status. Players with Officer status are essentially moderators. Their objective is to help enforce policies created by Division Leaders, give a second opinion on HDK Division Leaders choices and be general advisors. Officers are not allowed to directly allow players into LDK, but may collect and report applicant names to HDK Division Leader for their approval Denial. All players must be a part of a specified Division. Players may be a part of up to 3 Divisions. Players have to apply to HDK Division Leaders to get into the respective division. Division Leaders may accept or reject HDK players depending on whatever basis they choose. I am leaving it up to HDK division leaders to decide how they wish to handle applications, Personal messages, forum apps, ect.
