i just got css on steam i had 13,200 points in the mini game sever and i was in pos 65 can i get that back or no?

You can request a stat transfer between your Steam ID's.

Just post here: http://war-lords.net/forums/counter-strike.59/, and provide your old Steam ID and the newer Steam ID you want the stats transferred to.
