I'm pretty sure I have less than 2% bodyfat, i'm 6"0 and 130 lbs, I've been exercising frequently (at least once or twice a week) for the past two years. It's just that my metabolism hasnt slowed down yet, i'm still growing, i shit once to twice a day.

How old are you? Try a high carb high protein diet, even if your metabolism is high it will increase you muscle gain, even if you will shit for another 2-3 times a day :p

Protein will replenish your muscles and build, but if you want to bulk up a little extra its high carb at your age. Best way to go is potatoes and lots and lots of veggies :-)

Mmmm taters, mash em boil em, stick em in a stew.

As long as you're eating 500 calories above your basal metabolic rate(bmr) you should be growing. I estimate that to be around 2000 calories at this point of time.

Btw the only supplements I'm taking are multivitamins, fish oil, xtend(bcaa) and whey.
i eat potatoes with every meal i eat LOL. i eat corn, green beans, carrots and green pepeprs multiple times a week too
I don't mean any offense but how can you guys stand to be 6 ft, 130lbs, or 5'11 134lbs? Sounds so scrawny to me... I'm 5'10 180lbs and I think if I got below, or maybe even near, 150 lbs I'd start to feel way too skinny/frail...
I am 6'4 189. I used to be 179 before I started working out...slowly progress..

some guys start fat, some guys start thin.

keep it consistent and you'll achieve what you want.
