lmao the Italian job?

Blocking their ISP won't do much.  Considering the easiest and most common way to infect computers with DoS trojans is to infect pirated software/media that's in high demand.  Since they are in high demand worldwide, you are expecting zombies from all over.  Also, did this attack end up crashing your server or just make it really laggy?

The servers were fine, but the ports were maxed out" - Anubis

I don't think you know what I was talking about. The idiot who DDoS' our servers likes to plays on them with Multi-Hack and begins his DDoS whenever we ban him. What I was trying to say is, I'm simply going to block his ISP so regardless how dynamic his IP is, it'll still fall within those ranges. If he can't get into the servers, he'll either think they are down or notice and rage a bit, but regardless he'll get sick and move onto trolling other servers which he can actually play on.

Don't edit my posts xFerior.

It only made it laggy. They basically just maxed the download on it.

RE: DoS Attack - Matt - Apr 29 2011

We've implemented some preventative measures, hopefully these UDP packet DoS'es are a thing of the past.
