I keep telling you but I'm gonna tell you again, if you mute the player from the playerlist in the game menu, he will be muted even if the map changes.

Not necessarily. I don't know how long you've actually been playing counter strike but there are always ways around player list mute.

Bison I'm posting this after the pm via steam.

Here's a sample pic of !ignore command muting most of server , something glitched after the server crash a few hours earlier I'd reckon.
