There were some firewall rules implemented recently. I've disabled them for the time being.
Can you let me know whether the lag spikes have subsided?

FYI - I've started to notice it slowly creeping up (not to the extent of the wL servers) on other servers, so this leads me more to believe that it is Steam/Valve's fault.
