Smiley: From the chat logs it shows that you shot the first salvo by reminding him about the ban. Therefore Riot would understandable want to respond.
There seems to be no reason as to why he had to address you as malay though. For this latest incident, I've consulted with Riser and have decided to issue Riot a 1 week gag.
Riot: Dont push it. It is unnecessary to greet another person by their race, address them by their in game name. If you keep up with your attitude your privilege of using your voice chat in game will be taken away as well.
Because of the circumstances, if either of you provokes the other again, I'll deal personally deal with the both of you when I receive a complaint.
