Well actually i was playing cs office map(warlords) in counter strike source but now when i connect its telling server is running in a newer version of the game what is that newer version will it not work in cs

No-steam isn't working due to a recent update by Valve, we'll have to wait for the nosteam patch.
If you have a Steam copy, you should be able to join.

Normally, nosteamers are young teenagers they have paper money but are simply too afraid to ask their parents for their credit or debit cards on the other hand, there are also some nosteam players who just think that the notion of buying a game is simply absurd.
