this is the other game it happened, where I was on the winning end of jesse leaving for another player of much higher skill than his despite rws

Bison spends all this time implementing these server plugins, like rws balance and buddy system only to have ungrateful players like jesse spit it back into his face

I definitely agree that systematic leavers has been an issue for a long time now.
Maybe real RWS from ESEA might be a solution, ADPG/KPG, or a Karma system, longer bans, RQ's being recorded (rq shaming) ...
I would implement real RWS, ADPG and RQ shaming, but thats just me
