I'm using Planet css junkies version of CSS and they have just released their version 39 TODAY. That is the same as v63 on steam. If you're looking for another good nonsteam CSS besides Setti, junkies is the way to go

b00bs has been slacking. I went ahead and got the updated files off of Steam and copied them to my no-steam. It looks like it worked, you can get a copy here: http://battlehost.us/no-steam_patch_v63.zip beware though, it could very well break future setti css updates so make a backup. :-\

Thanks David! We(non steam users) have been waiting for 4 long days when they updated css to v62. It could be another 3-4 days without css if not you=) I created dedicated topic for that.
