Most definitely anti-recoil after reviewing the demo. The admin mislabeled the ban reason. Sorry dragonfox the ban is sticking, maybe you will learn your lesson.

How do you play a demo?

Download the demo and put it in your /cstrike folder.
For example I would put it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\STEAM ACCOUNT\counter-strike source\cstrike"
Then type "playdemo dragonfoxx11".

EDIT: I forgot to tell you, after the ban my menu selection dissappeared for some reason, so I had to re-install the game to have the menu selection reappear, do you know what happened?
