well, its not like u gonna bhoping while shooting at the enemy eh?
maybe im just stupid, but i just see no point on this thread... when u know there is enemy near u, first thing u want to do is to hide ur step(walking) not jumping around like a fool until u get killed by the enemy

Bhopping, if done right, combines the speed of running with almost the same amount of silence as walking (sometimes you get the little jump sound, but its harder to place where they are).

depends on the floor i must say... on cs 1.6 and cz, you can do sth similar called bunny jump.. by pressing ctrl for an instant twice, repeatedly... but valve remove this feature on source, idk why

just like rival said bhop is faster than just running and it helps to evade attacks more effectively in internet cafes pros uses bhop instead of running that way you cant shoot him down easily i've not seen alot of ppl bhop in the wl servers but its very effective
