my PRINTSCREEN isnt workin.. when i hit the key and go to paint; it shows my desktop background pic. never shows the screen of css, help please???? Sad :-\

Do a tracert please.

You do this by going into Command Prompt (type "cmd" in the Start Menu/Run, Command Prompt should pop up) and then you type "tracert ip", where "ip" is the IP address of the server. Explained a little better here.
