At first, I assume it was my connection but then lately I realize it was the server, o well saves me the trouble from fixing my own connection. How long will it be until they fix this lag?

I never have this problem in dust 2 24/7, or office 24/7, or pop 1. but pop 2 gets these lags fits and it clears out the server every time.
even before these 10-second moments of freezing that have been occurring lately, the pop 1 and 2 servers have had very short spurts of freezing ever since i started playing there. the ONLY reason i put up with it is because the servers are packed with players almost 24/7.
this really needs to be resolved, and its LONG over due.
and why am i always told that Bison is the only person who can perform server restarts, and the such? you guys really need to elevate the level of some of your admins to be able to perform common maintenance and other server necessities, because Bison isnt around nearly enough to tackle these problems when they occur.
