it is sample, just lower all vote requirement.
but adjust voteban or kick to 24 hrs., or less.
they can always come back later. ^.^
just had another votekick situation, 35 players, 27 require vote, but 5 specs., ..... then only 6 players voted.
so, if you lower the vote to 40% for kick, = 14 vote, maybe that's maybe we will get a pass.
we have to keep in mind, there are spec. players, and player that just won't / don't know how to vote.
Suggestion:
vote_ban = 50%
vote_kick = 40%
vote_mute = 30%, but on the same team only. M. Bison got a good point.

^^ now its too low for vote ban. Also, the vote kick & mute should be lowered. If possible, low vote ban to 7o-8o % because the spec is always full just like the game.

good to see many people agreed with this issue...
but, will the admin have time to do the adjustment?!
I will help if I know programming....
but I don't have any software knowledge, I can turn on / off computer, play game... that's yet.
