I'm twenty, personally. Age Verification can be legal in many forms, including a School ID, or verification of Birth Date. Even giving a picture of an ID. Of course, don't do that publicly, it would be made for Roots only. Not only that but you roots get to see how ugly all the admins are

Like i stated elsewhere, we cant have every 12 year old who plays on wL wanting to be admin.
Yet then what do you want them to do, send them a picture of their birth certificate as age verification?
