Yeah that is a stupid judge, but look at the last name of the student, Tran..........An Asian in Texas........one of the absolute most conservative and racist states in the Union. You wanna bet if his last name had been Smith and he was white the exact same thing would have happened?

I didn't initially notice that she was asian, no. It's possible that some texan judges might be prejudiced towards asian people, but I think it's highly unlikely that racism had a real influence on this law hearing.
