A time machine. So I could figure out how I actually got trapped on the island in the first place.
A GPS. Too many people ask this certain question, so I think I'd want to figure out where exactly this 'deserted island' is on the Earth.
And the third thing is... well, kind of redundant since I already have a time machine.
